We always hope that your printing process is easy breezy. But, sometimes thicker paper, like vinyl and kraft stock, tends to jam in certain printer types. We have listed a few solutions that will get your printing back on track.
Adjust for thicker paper. If a material type is thicker than normal printer paper, some printers need a settings change. For our matte materials, a heavier setting like "Label" or "Transparency" may be necessary. You may need to consult with your printer's help manual to find this specific setting.
Dusty feed path. If you continue to experience jamming, your printer's rollers may have gotten dirty from regular use. You should refer to your printer's manufacturer for cleaning and maintenance instructions on this issue.
