Which Template Do I Use?

I own Microsoft Word

We recommend using either the Microsoft Word outlines template or tables template.

Outlines: Are a background image that added, you can free design over the background image. Add text boxes and images until you have finished the labels. Then, just remove the background image just before printing.

Tables: Are tables that show the boundaries of all labels. You can add your images inside of the table cells. You may need to turn on the gridlines to see the tables (LAYOUT > View Gridlines or TABLES > Show Gridlines)

I want to use a design software.

We recommend using Canva. A free online design software that includes text, images and layouts. Just download the JPG file of your label type. And follow these detailed & illustrated instructions.

I want to use a word processing software, but I don’t own Word.

Open office and Apple pages (with your iCloud account) are both available for free. We offer specific templates for both of these softwares.

I own the Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.

We recommend downloading the PDF version of your label template. You can open this file in your software. Once open, you can design your label over the background image.

Be sure to hide the label & hangtag outlines before printing in the Layers section of your Adobe software.

I own a Mac.
